This retreat is for men and women over the age of 21 who:

  • have just become aware of the importance of mind, body, spirit practices and want to know more.

  • are practicing mind, body, spirit work, but  feel that you are ready to fine-tune your routines.

  • feel that there's more you can do to reach the level of balance and happiness that you know is wating for you.

  • want to know more about tools you can use in your every day routine to reach a new level of being.

  • want to learn about using food to reach optimum levels of mind, body, spirit awareness

In this unique weekend retreat, you'll be immersed in opportunity to learn how all aspects of your day... from what you have for breakfast, to what you think about when you're driving your car... can have an impact on your state of mind and particularly your level of overall happiness and balance .

Clean enviornment:  Namestoy Farms is set on over 60 acres of wooded Cherokee land.  The house is a beautiful mansion built right beside a running stream.  There are plenty of places for personal meditation as well as a small walking maze and a Native American medicine wheel.  Being in a house where like-minded non-judgemental individulas come together for the purpose of sharing and learning is very powerful...and fun.  Over the course of the weekend, you will learn about things like how to manage enviornmental chemcials and toxins that are present in your home and learn ways to clean out your home of these hidden sources that may be affecting your physical and mental health.

Clean Food:  What you put in your body has a direct affect on your thought and emotions and can block your connection to your own state of natural bliss as well as your connection to Source, God, the Divine.  If you attended our wellness retreat in April, you know that we LOVE beautiful, delicious, clean food and it is a huge part of our events.  The menu for the weekend will be prepared by a professionally trained vegan chef and caterer.  You will be participating in meal preparation and we will show some smoothie and juicing basics too.  All freshly prepared meals will be 100% plant-based, mostly gluten-free, organic and locally sourced.  The water you will drink will be filtered for heavy metals, chlorine and fluoride and it will infused with healing energy.  You'll learn how to increase the vibration and quality of your water at home.  There will be lots of hands-on in the kitchen and you will come away from this experience with some usable and fun ways to bring more plant-based foods into your life.

Clean thoughts:  The emphasis here will be on how to create an increased level of mindfulness in daily life.  This can be done with any activity during the day.  You will explore mindfulness using breath, sound, movement, music, and chanting.  You will learn how your thoughts can affect your digestion which can have a direct affect on your immune system, and how your food choices can affect you thoughts and your moods.  There will be plenty of time for silent reflection and times to practice what you've learned on your own.  Whether you meditate regularly or are just starting your practice, you will come away with a deeper level of understanding to move towards a more blissful you.

Clean Actions:  Movement, music, and chanting will be a big part of Saturday night. Live music, singing, and dancing helps to clear energies and move you towards a higher level of being.  You will learn about the vibrational power of music and how raising that vibration puts you more in line with your higher self and your connection to the divine.  You will learn very basic easy qigong movements througout the weekend to help with mind, body spirit cleansing and strengthening.  During this full moon weekend, it is the perfect time to release any energies and practices that do not serve you!
