Biology of Bliss Retreat

 
Below is the agenda for the wekend. Please note this will be very informal intimate weekend with lots of opportunity for one on one and hand-on practice.  Throughout the weekend you will have the opportinuty to receive a personal healing session with either Jonathan Adams or Mara Anthony.  Pricing info and more details will be available soon.  
We will also have a crystal healing bed for no charge and sessions can be scheduled throughout the weekend.  This is a rare oppottunity as these crystal beds are created in Brazil and there aren't many in the USA.
Snacks and drinks will be available at any time. Just head to the kitchen :)
Please note: because this weekend is about clean eating, there will be no alcohol served.

  • Learn about juicing, the best juicer, what to include what to leave out, the benefits of juicing and when to juice and when not to juice
  • Learn about making quick grab and go plant-based breakfasts
  • You will have hands-on time and make your own if you want to

  • What does "mindfulness" mean and how does it relate to everyday life and happiness?
  • Basic qigong to practice mindful movement to energize

  • Learn how the brain and digestive system is constantly communicating
  • Learn how you can improve your gut health for overall mind, body, spirit health and happiness

  • Learn how you can move away from ego centered actions and thoughts
